Instead, we recommend that you go ahead and request a refund/exchange. When we give you free returns, we may lose some money, but that’s fine.

Returning with Italian Crown is even more comfortable than ordering one. You can make a return request online in the My Account section, or you can email us at contact@italiancrown.com or call us /WhatsApp at +91 9054767670 and tell us what’s going on. We will schedule an appointment with you and direct our shipping partner to pick up the original Italian Crown garment. Make sure the garment is in good condition. You have to return it with the original tags and labels. You can even keep the gift you received in the package, produce the actual product, that’s it.

Returned

Once you receive an order and are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange an item within 10 days. Once we tend to receive come back cargo, a 100% refund will be initiated cutting 300 - 400 courier charges within twenty-four hours. If you’ve made online payment, your refund will be attributable to your checking account within two to five days. If you have ordered cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank details like bank account no, bank name, and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 7 to 8 business days.

Exchange

Once the return shipment is picked up from your resident, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse. Exchange Your Standard Size Garment with custom size Garment: If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want a Custom-fit garment in exchange, put your best-fit garment with your Italian Crown garment in your return shipment, and our courier boy will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your garment from scratch according to your measurement and deliver it to you in 7 to 8 days. We will save your measurements for your future references also.

For Custom Garments

We want to provide an excellent experience for every customer. However, providing us with returns and exchanges of custom clothing is not very sustainable because it is manufactured according to your requirements and cannot be sold to anyone else. If the item is defective or damaged, we are happy to replace it. From the date of receipt of the order, we also provide 10 days of “No Question Asked” free changes.
